  1. I have been having bad dreams or nightmares about dogs biting me for some time now and it’s really getting to me now mostly biting my hands arms and shoulders some of the nightmares are terrifying and so vivid I am really stressed about it now

      I can say im truly sorry for your experience. It is terrifying. I having this dream occasionally for over 30 years. The advice i can give is, please be careful of anything you may be doingto harm your health like drinking drugs etc.. take your time and watch your surroundings especially of people that may not care for you.
      Bottom line: stop whatever your doing and chill , literally
